Explain the whole picture please:
It's like when we try to speak another language,
uno dos tres cuatro...
mi trabajo en mi casa....
when we do that...
they will go pouring it out in that language...
and you won't understand word.
So we can't pretend we know the language,
that's why we bring an expert.
So in the business,
you are great!
you already know you are great!!!
but don't pretend you know the language,
bc you have not yet made money.
In every normal business, they break even
in 3 to 5 years,
not
in 2 weeks,
so if we go and try to explain it,
they get after us,
and we can't explain.
So if i don't know how to speak spanish,
woulnd't i bring someone who speaks spanish?
The more confident and sharp the person,
the more their self esteem,
the more they try to do it on their own....
so could they be loosing some of their best people
while they are practicing.
So we hear us tell you to use the expert,
but if your people arenot' putting you on the phone
with their people,
it's fine,
but usually people don't produce on their own.
THE GRAPHIC
OURGV : all about home based business
OURGVREWARDS: all about non profits and merchants, isn't that a very exciting product to market. Not responsible for any sales of any products. All we have to do is work with the non profits and the merchants. How exciting.
A lot of your friends and family will be hesitant about a home based business, they might not even want a home based business.
Why would people want a home based business?
Money, freedom, retirement, flexibility, security, residual income, no boss...
So EVERYBODY wants those things.
So if I show them the Product: the Ourgvrewards.com site
they might get more excited about the product,
then they might be more interested in the home based business.
Also could they refer you to non profits and businesses for free?
Of course! and they will get 1/3 of the commissions. Residual.
And everybody is happy.
Could I have a party at my home and explain the rewards, helping non profits, the free referrals, and nobody will say: oh are you in one of those things...!
If you are explaining the home based business, and $899,
etc, they may freak out.
If we are a man, would it be hard to sell Mary Kay...
of course, we need to use the product.
If someone does not like the product,
how great of an affiliate would they be...
Of course, if someone does NOT like the non profits, helping them etc...
they would NOT be interested in the home based business.
We could have 5,000 affiliates shopping,
but one non profit could have 5,000 people shopping.
In a home business we can talk to all our friends and family, but we're limitted to that market.
Your group is limitted.
Now, when we add the non profits we're getting larger.
Because all of their members will be shoppers.
So when I was talking about this being the greatest thing ever...
the non profits have so many people, 50 here, 200 there, 5,000 on another, 40,000, a million over there...
So this IS the biggest thing.
When we bought stock from Microsoft, did they send you checks every week residual from the shopping happening.
Paying you every month residual checks from the shopping.
Was selling computer bigger?
Brilliant concept.
Old Navy, you think they like to work with us?
Of course, they don't pay us unless we bring them any customers.
Same with Dell, Barnes & Noble, Sears, Walmart.
When we have one store, one product...
how do we know how well they will be doing in the future?
Why would we want to build a business that we don't know how they will be doing in the future?
Here,
we don't make a product or a service,
each store, every store,
we have, or we will have.
If they are not doing so good anymore,
can we bring the new stores that are doing good?
Now,
how do I build a Team.
I want to.
But I may not be good at it.
What can i do better on a daily basis?
My presentation could be better.
My attitude could be riding the roller coaster, not thinking like a b usiness owner, not steady.
Could my excitment level be better?
Could i call more people?
So could i do a lot of things better?
How did Michael Jordan get better at basket ball?
Because he practiced.
A lot of us may be teachers, nurses, accountatns, ballet dancers, bar tenders, caddies, secretaries,
but we don't know how to do this!!!
So should be thankful! when we get the help?
Yes,
Ok,
allright, i'll do that,
ok thank you,
please keep helping me,
teach me more...
When we act like a know it all,
that's all we 'll know bc we have all we have...
Is this training is huge for you?
Of course it is,
bc you need it over and over and over...
Bc it is not me,
by myself i am a bar tender...
i am a multi millionnaire talking through my mouth,
teaching you these things...
All these trainings,
the advanced trainings,
are soo important,
bc the more you get,
the more successful you get.
That's why I want to get good at building a Team.
Some of you wnat to get good at getting non profits.
What if I had 20,100, 1,000, 10,000 people who bring non profits.
People who want to sign up non profits,
will only have 1 good person bringing in non profits.
The people who build a team,
will have 20, 100. 1000, 10,000 people
bringing non profits.
If I have referrals of non profits,
shouldn't I bring those right away?
Shouldn't i build a team?
so i have more referrals?
I have non profits who sign up bc they know and trust me.
So wouln't you want to have me in your team?
Instead of emailing the non profits out of the blue?
Cold?
The business is like your 3D's pics where if you stare at them for a while you end up seeing something else?
Some people come in and "see the dolphins" right away!
Some people stare with determination for a long time...
so don't get mad at your friend if they don't want to see the dolphin...
How many of us are glad that we see the dolphin?
Can we just go find someone like YOU?
And not worry about the ones who don't?
In the history of the world have there been people who missed out on some gigantic visions?
So why do we get all scared when people miss it out with you.
The only thing you are doing wrong is getting frustrated.
You are not doing anything wrong.
Bc a regular business person would not get frustrated.
The owner of a restaurant does not cry bc i walk in and then don't like it and walk out.
Or if i don't want a sub sandwich, but a icecream cone?
Or bc i don't want a certain brand of milk?
The more people you have on the Briefing at 1pmcst today, you are one step closer to being in the Million Dollar Club.
I'd really really love to see You and all of you in the Million Dollar Club, with Mr Vincent.
Do you think you would give people a better chance to "see the dolphin" if you brought them to the 1pm Briefing?
Much Love to you.
Thank you for your time.

Relationships
There are very few successful people who did it by themselves. They impact us and we have an impact in all we do with other people.
Those of us who can do more than just take care of our own needs need to feel the responsibility to bring others up as well.
Lots of us look out for ourselves and only trust ourselves, but to be truly fulfilled we all need to come together. All people in our lives are to be cherished whether during that moment we feel like they are giving us what we need from them. It's not all about receiving but rather the person that focuses on giving ends up always getting more in the long run, and usually the short run as well. TEAM together everyone achieves more.
We shy away from people that are different than us often because of fear. We have a poor little old me attitude, but if we truly know ourself and how great we are we will be more friendly with others. We need to not only respond to others but make every attempt to uplift them. That's who people will like and want to be around. We can change others lives by our words. In average person's life 1,500 people will be influenced by what they say and do in large ways.
Our relationships are not built by doing big things but by all little things accumulated over time. We need to have love for others and believe in them more than they even do for themselves.
We are all on the same side not competing. Our job is to score points and help score points for the team not look at the other players and think of what they should be doing for us. If we are to create expectations of how they should act towards us we are setting ourselves up for failure and are at their mercy. As well as not giving them the same unconditional support and love that we would appreciate in our lives.

Get Excited!!
We all feel a little down once in a while. Here are a few tips to help you get back up quickly.
1. Practice upbeat communication! Make an effort to greet people in a positive way because people typically reflect the tone of your greeting back to you.
2. Learn something about your desires. Study the coaching site. Watch the video's.
3. Act positive! Have you ever noticed that if you mope around the house, acting tired and depressed, you feel even more tired and depressed? But if you get up and act enthusiastic about life, even if it is only an act at first, pretty soon, you will feel enthusiastic. In other words, fake it until it becomes true. Shakespeare said it more eloquently, when he counseled, "assume a virtue, if you have it not" (Hamlet 3:4). Do this: when you wake up tomorrow morning, jump out of bed and say, "I feel great! It's a great day to be alive!" Say it with conviction, and in no time it will be a great day. Of course you will feel a little silly, that's OK. It sure beats dragging out of bed mumbling, "today's going to be another lousy day, just like yesterday."
4. Look for the Good! Make a conscious decision to look for the positive. Abraham Lincoln once said, "Most people are about as happy as they decide to be." If you look around, you will discover that everyone has challenges and heartbreaks; and everyone has good things in their life. The issue is not the problem--everyone has problems of one type or another--it is our reaction to the problem. Will you choose to respond positively, no matter what life hands you, and then focus on the good things that are happening? Or, will you choose to react negatively, and focus on what's wrong? The decision is yours.
5. Give yourself a break! Don't be sooo hard on yourself. Be your biggest cheerleader. Remember, YOU are the only one who can help your attitude. You cannot depend on other people or changing circumstances to get you out of the dumps. Take time to give yourself the break you deserve. Stop criticizing yourself or blaming yourself for everything that goes wrong. Remember, you are doing some things right too!

You are a winner
It's not what happens to you but how you react to what happens that separates the winners from the losers.
Winston Churchill said, "Things don't happen to me. I happen to things."
I am willing to pay the price. As humans we are motivated by needs and deterred by fears. We're told to dream big and work hard and success will follow....It demands more than that. It requires a belief in yourself. We are an automatic guidance system (AGS) it's all on us "the operator" how we guide ourselves. What we tell ourself and our goals. Our self-image about what we need to be like and to have in our lives. When a wild animal comes up we are taught to make ourselves BIG...That's exactly what we need to do everyday to hit our goals.
A person must be willing to adapt to changes going on around them. Stability requires change and adaptation. We must be able to pay the price and do the things that unsuccessful people won't do. There is a cost involved when one is actively pursuing and achieving their goals. Few people are willing to pay the price and they lower their standards and settle.
Successful people will pay the price and hit their goals.
Your self image controls your attitudes which control your needs which control your emotions. From our emotions come our habit patterns.
Clasp your hands together intertwining your fingers. Now switch the grip of your hands the opposite way with the other hands finger on top. How does that feel? Not too comfortable. How about cross your arms and then cross them the other way. Our habits are automatic and reflect our subconscious thoughts. Our habits control our output (behaviors).
To treat others with love we must first love ourselves.
We can get motivated but when something goes wrong we go check in with our self image. The self image is the true source of our consistent attitudes. We have to change that first. A positive self image wants to set goals where a bad one is apathetic because they can't see hitting them.
Number one thing we must do is believe we have the right to be successful. The secret is to see yourself as a winner and believe that you can make it. People actually perform the way they see themselves performing in their minds.
Failure comes in many ways:
1. Anticipation of failure. The number one reason why marriages break up, businesses go under, students fail school etc....Is anticipation of failure. 85% of businesses failed in 1st year because of this. It's the law of self fulfilling prophecy. Be careful what you expect because you will get it.
2. Not taking responsibility. People always want to put the blame on other people, the product, the website, or anything they can get their hands on to hide away from looking in the mirror. People hate to say they could and should be doing more and they are holding themselves back. This is what I always come back to and ask myself, "Has someone gone through more difficulty than this situation in my life and came out successful?" The answer is always yes and puts it back on me to forge ahead. We are all quick to take the success credit but not the blame. It's not until we die that we become all that we will ever be.
3. Fear not faith. Fear is a darkroom where negatives are developed. Concentrate on positives. Nothing can overcome fear but faith. Driver and passenger. Passenger has faith but the driver knows. Faith is acting like it's so when it is not so yet and in order for it to become that way.
4. No clear goals. We are like bicycles which stand straight as long as we go forward but fall if not. Goals lift, guide, and give direction.
Our creator did not place us on this earth to be losers and he didn't place dreams in our hearts to discourage us and have us feel like failures for not accomplishing them. Our dreams are fact that we are meant to achieve them. We are winners. We've been misled to think we don't have the right to it all and we do.
A winner is a person who has become all that he or she dreamed of becoming. They have accomplished their goals.

Giving and Receiving
Giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. However often we try to separate them.
When we have a thought or intention we start manifesting those thoughts. The challenge is when we have doubt, fear, and worry about those intentions it blocks them. We create a gap of competing emotions and ideas.
You must be bold to ask and humble. Internal posture of humility. External of boldness. Or vice versa but not without each other. If you are not bold you will not get it. If you are not humble your boldness will be seen as anger.
If you think success is difficult it will be, if you think it will be simple it will be as well. We need to accept that the work we do is what is called upon us right now. When we accept this we are at peace. With this peace and acceptance we can enter into joy and enthusiasm for that cause and that will create results.
Synchronicity=meaningful coincidences. They will come up all the time when you get into this flow. Some call it being lucky. It is creating the result that you want inside.
Intention + action + synchronicity=manifested purpose.
Live today as if it's the first day of your life so when it's the last it will be the best day of your life.
You must make the commitment so you are not looking for situations to be offended by. People often try to defend themselves and protect themselves. You are solid enough to handle anyone's external interactions. We don't require others approval. We stay in control over our intentions and let go those situations that don't help us. I've had people do many wrong things and then later come back to apologize. Thankfully I handled their mistakes without letting it hurt me. We all make mistakes with people everyday, we can't let others mistakes hamper us when it happens so often. Take care of raising your own bar you will inspire others to raise their bars.
IQ intellectual quotient verses EQ emotional quotient. IQ= planning and details. EQ has to do with how you feel not so much how you think. SQ = spiritual quotient
IQ + EQ + SQ = Raised FQ (frustration quotient)
To activate EQ we need to breath deep. Be in the moment. Appreciate the abundance. There are nerves that with deep breaths hit this longest nerve in the body that goes to the emotional parts of our brain. They are below our belly button, when we hit these nerves it helps us feel emotionally as thriving not just surviving. To let go of emotions that are not helping you breath deep. All the writing down and thinking about letting go of those feelings is good but may not do it. Short breaths fill the iq and thinking parts of our brains.
We need to also take responsibility. Whatever we feel is lacking in our relationships is something that is lacking within us. When we accept ourselves fully others will love us more as well.
Receiving comes in all ways. If we open up to receiving we will have more to give. By not receiving we are not giving as much. People say they don't need much money or love. How can you give more of something that you don't have? To make a change we all have to raise our ability to receive.
Law of transition=we may make that commitment and use ideas not but we need to give ourselves some time to get to these new levels.
We are inspired, we are ready to work harder, getting up earlier working later, we are taking this to the next level, we are open to receiving so we can give more and change the lives of others.
Take 10% of our income and put it away. Even if you have some debt. Then you will feel a level of abundance starting to add up not only in your financial bank account but your emotional one as well. Some have been putting in negative things in their emotional bank accounts for years but when we change this the positive is much more powerful than all those negatives. Be positive in the words you choose, the thoughts you have, the actions you take.
Set up visions around you that help trigger positive thoughts and program your subconscious. Do your goal sheets so you can work on your intentions.

Working with different types of people
Working with others:
1. Know yourself
2. Learn to recognize others style
3. Adapt to what you're seeing
1. Connect: establish rapport with someone. Some people will share freely about themselves and some won't. Adapt to what they are open to. Lower tension and increase trust. We are trying to build your relationship. If they are not open to a relationship work on building the credibility of you and your product.
2. Exploring: once connected they will tell you the situation. We need to explore their situation and try to help them. We aren't thinking about selling them something but rather trying to come along side to help them and learning about their needs. Need gap-difference between what they are doing now and need to be doing different. If there is a small need gap then they won't work with you because they don't need you at this time. Perhaps later or maybe with further exploration we can create a larger need gap for them. Approach people like a Doctor would. What is your pain and how can I help you? You will come across more relaxed and like a partner instead of a salesperson. If they are not ready yet ask them how and how often would you like me to keep in touch with you? You may find resources outside of what we market that help them and that is terrific. Helping others is what it is all about.
3. Collaborating: We've listened and now we are ready to move to their side of the equation to put together ideas to help them. I want you to say and see how this will work for you to solve your problems. The customer helps build the solution. If you helped build a house wouldn't you want to live in it?
Direct type people:
They are more open and willing to share or lead the conversation.
Social type of people will race through the steps sometimes too fast and have buyers remorse.
Aggressive types will go fast too and want to cut to the chase so they can make the decision. You will have to find the solution faster and explore more later.
Indirect people:
They will need you to lead them more.
Relational type: explore big time and go at their slower pace. They may ask more questions then they tell.
Analytical type: will be suspect of what is coming out of your mouth. We will have to go slow with them as well. They will have to connect the dots for themselves with our help.
Clarifying commitments: We came up with these ideas to solve your problem. "If you do this and I do this we will find the solution." With this clarified then we should be taking action to get started.
Assuring: The commitment is done however they need to continue to feel assured. We need a partner for life. They need to have delivery from our end of what they were told to get and beyond.

Passion
What fuels passion?
Find their goals and hold them accountable for those goals. We'll have to see if you passion is meeting your goals. Anybody can set goals but if they are not fueled by passion they are empty sets of words. How bad do you want to get there?
5 things:
1. Passion is fueled by ownership over your goals. These need to be things that you want.
2. Passion is fueled by accountability. Shared goals take people further than unshared goals.
3. Passion is fueled by noble pursuits to effect others positively. My goal will help others in some way. Those that served the concentration camps were the ones that served others. The inward focused ones did not survive.
4. Passion is fueled by intrinsic rewards.
5. Passion is fueled by fun. We often forget this as we grow up.
Passion separates the good from the best.

You Can Do It
Everything people say negative for you reverse the thoughts to positives. Too hot out, good sun for the plants. Try to limit the amount of listening you actually do to those negative thoughts.
Bad news sells because it's not you and makes us feel better not challenging ourselves to become better. We need to watch our influences. Don't let people be the judge of you. What authority do they have? What makes them at such a credible level to judge? One of my mentors has sold 10 million cd's on success and his mom still cuts out want ads for jobs for him "1,500$ a month for delivery, must have your own truck". She asks him if anyone in their family will ever be successful. It would be better if we received internal approval instead of needing external. If we can not worry about others feelings towards us we can then focus more on them and our feelings towards them.
I can't change your lives only give you the information that has changed mine and encourage you to stay committed to allowing it to change yours. We become what we are most exposed to. Even if you havn't found out your keys to success it does not matter...where do you want to go from here. Turn failure into fertilizer. We need to be creating success now, we can't put it off. Our freetime should be our primetime to grow closer to success. The harder I work the luckier I get. Do things that make you feel better about yourself because it teaches you and leads you in your growth instead of watching other people live like normal tv shows. Believe in your potential. Invest in yourself. Who's in charge of your life? Winners make it happen and losers let it happen. You are responsible and accountable for the outcome. Put the practice and effort in that the rest are not willing to do. Self discipline and belief.
There is a danger in looking at successful people and not remembering the struggle they had to get to where they are. Behind every world class person there is a world class coach and world class disciplines put forth failing time and time again to become better. Practice doesn't make perfect, practice makes permanent, perfect practice makes permant perfection.

Peak Performance
This can help you increase your productivity by over 300% in the next 90 days if you really follow it.
How to become a peak performer, a producer.
Productivity factor triangle.
On the base is "Clarity of Outcome". All performers know where they are going. Goals in all areas as well as the hour by hour goals. Knowing the desired outcome of every call. If you go to the store do you have a desired outcome for the trip? Why not do that same thing in all areas of your life all the time. The power of your future and the pull of your future on you now if gigantic to your success. We have three different domains, present, past, and future. Present domain is where we are now and we talk about the future and where we would like to be. What's in the future? Nothing, so anything can be in the future. It's all possibilities. How can your future impact your present? The future's job is to take whatever you put in it and to come along and wrap around the present life of you and pull you toward itself. If you don't put anything in it you are at the whim of what others are putting in it. The best way to determine your future is to create it. Put something in the future that you desire to experience so that it will bring you somewhere you like. Many times we put goals in the future based on what we have done in the past. So we are never really in the present and putting the past in the future. Blending the past through all we do. We don't want to relive our past. Let's experience something better and bigger.
2nd part: consolidation of power. Left side of triangle.
Martial arts concept. You have to go through the brick. All the power consolidated in going through it. We need to maximize our time effort and energy. 80/20 principle or pareto principle. 20% of what we do produces 80% of our results. We need to find those 20% activities and focus.
Top 5
1. Use the mall and the trainings and share it. You've got to love the product so others will want to give money to it. Our site with all the stores along with our personal development trainings are our main products.
2. We need to show the opportunity. If we don't show it we can't produce anything. Most people don't come close to showing the opportunity enough.
3. Attend and promote trainings. They need to be part of our routine and we need to be able to create excitement for those events. People are not logical they are emotional. To have an impact we need to create emotional involvement and bring our people to things that will help create those feelings. We need to use stories to help create that excitement as well.
4. Engage yourself and others in personal development. Our level of income will rarely exceed our level of personal growth. So when I made 3k a month as a bar manager I would never make more even with a great opportunity until I improved.
5. Learn and teach our system. Our system is different than what we've done before. A microwave has a different system and instructions to follow than a pool does. We need to learn this system.
3rd point and the right side of triangle. Commitment to disciplines.
Simple disciplines or simple errors in judgment. We are going to do one or the other. One big discipline is talking to tons of people. An error would be not talking to enough people even though we know we need to. A simple discipline maybe uncomfortable at first especially when people are saying no. It's often comfortable to commit those errors in judgment like watching TV, hanging out doing nothing. However, if we do the simple disciplines over a period of time the compounding effect will kick in and help us become successful. It will seem like it was overnight although it was because of all those countless simple disciplines built along the years. It will go from being uncomfortable to being comfortable. Errors work in the same way, they can be comfortable at first but if they keep happening the compound effect will kick in and we'll be down and out wondering what happened that is uncomfortable. The people who do the simple disciplines take responsibility for where they are while others blame anyone and everyone for their situation. Blaming others gives them the power instead of us taking it.
Law of compensation:
1. Sowing and reaping. If we are positive...positive will come back.
2. Increasing returns. You will reap more of what you sow as it compounds.
3. Delayed gratification. What you sow will be reaped later. The harvest is in a different season than the planting. Many people want it to be right away or they get frustrated. It doesn't work that way.

?'s from field
Question: Do people who start with different packages,
get a different website?
Question: Also a ? about the font....
Great ideas, they will be forwarded to the Company.
Many of these ideas cannot be done.
When we are new we are excited.
But bottom line we need to keep it simple.
We are not a graphic design.
It's great to have someone with a graphic design background.
We need to bloom where we are planted.
Many people say,
If i had the right amount of leads,
if i had this type of website,
if i had...
but the truth is:
we need to bloom wherever we are planted.
Like a flower coming out of a mountain,
or in the desert!
and like that...
in the business,
I used to have excuses to not bloom where i was planted.
There are people that have overcome
all sorts of things,
financial poverty,
problems,
and they have bloomed.
Also, this means,
that
-while we appreciate all of these ideas-
we need to focus on what we need to focus.
How many of us have learnt about focus in the business?
How many of us are into getting things done easier,
not harder? in less time?
How many of us have heard about:
Jack of all trades,
master of none.
If I spend all my day working with my Team,
then I learn that i can use the System better,
and then i learn how to elevate my Leadership,
then I realise i don't need to do all of those things,
i can make my life easier.
We need to focus on what we are doing.
With the Graphic about the 3 parts of the business.
We all have the same products, same compensation plan,
we have people making thousands of dollars per month,
so how are we doing?
So it's not website is it? it's about us.
How many of us do not understand all the technology things.
They look at the sales person, the affiliate who is referring them.
How many of us were at the Journey Training?
Studies have been done:
the majority of people think that the product is what is being done...
and it is not true.
It is the person who referred them, how they encourage them... etc.
We don't want to ruin that enthusiasm do we?
But as a good Leader,
don't we want to lead the person to a successful place.
How can i encourage you to understand that what you are looking at is not what you need to be looking at right now.
My self esteem, my self respect, will have to do with it much more than all the other things.
When I was making 20K a month i was a better leader than when i was making nothing.
I have to get after and lead by example, i have to go balistic, i have go make it happen.
Facts: the door will open up. Because it has opened up for millions of people in home based businesses.
There are no specific amounts of hours, of effort, or of anything. So we don't know when the door will open. What do we know about Successful people?
They never quit.
They try even harder, bc last week the door didn't open up.
So this week they try even harder.
2006, 2007, we need to work harder, about our skill, our confidence, our effort.
We are all like clay, we're all made of the same thing, the only difference is what we do with that clay.
The clay was there 12 yrs ago when i had no money?
Now it's the same clay, and my clay is no better than no clay.
The only question is: are you going to mold your clay?
Or let it be the way it is?
If some people have overcome defeat, and failure, and all the horror stories they have overcome, and molded their clay to become beautiful, what's your excuse?
So understand,
you are beautiful,
you are amazing,
so drop the excuses,
and let's mold your clay.
My wife watchs MTV, she likes music...
So sometimes I watch with her.
It's about these girls that are making a band,
and become successful.
They are beeing coached on how to sing better.
Puff Daddy was in her face, coaching.
It's how we take it,
that makes the coaching effective.
So the girl was getting some hard love.
He was on this girl.
You are slowing down the entire group,
what have you been doing?
You probably need to quit.
She eventually said:
and this is classic!
I think I'm afraid to go all out
-when we're singing we have to go all out-
like leadership,
it's about emotions,
raw, love, passion, raw going after it, raw vision casting,
-a lot of time it's harder to hit your small goals,
bc you can't get anybody excited...
Like, 10K dollars to non profits is not too exciting.
If i let loose,
and i fail,
then i know i don't have anything more..
where if i hold back,
i think i still have some left,
so i didn't really fail.
So they told her,
if you don't go all out,
then how are you ever going to get better.
Bc, maybe your AllOut is not good enough,
but if you push your AllOut
then will you get better,
and then again,
you go all out,
then you push it
then it gets better,
and then eventually
you will be good enough.
So it is about taking it to another level,
about us finding our voice,
and then we can hope that it will
ripple effect,
and will inspire others,
if we are not
then aren't we creating our own Destiny.
85% of business have some anticipation on failure,
then they manifest it.
They have a self fulfilling prophecy,
they manifest that anticipation of failure.
So it's not the products,
not the compensation plan,
it's about US.
If I think that I understand the comp. plan,
aren't I loosing my voice,
and loosing my ability to create
that massive ripple effect
throughout my Team.
In the gym,
if I don't push my muscles,
we won't advance.
But when I lift,
and i break up the capillaries,
don't the muscle rebuild stronger.
By pushing the limits,
I get better.
By staying the same,
I don't get better.
When I walk, if I don't push my heart rate,
the body gets used to it,
and does not get better.
What about my Leadership?
What about the lady singing?
If we don't push it, don't we stay where we are today?
If a bicycle stays in the same spot,
it's very hard to balance,
if it's moving, it stays in balance.
Staying the same won't work.
We are looking to improve.
We can only have one thought at a time.
So how many of us need as many thoughts as we can
about how to become great at the business.
We try to multitask,
and we can't.
We're not that great multitaskers.
I love the shopping, the merchants, the non profits.
I love all that stuff.
There is something in the business called OPE.
Wealthy people utilise OPE.
We are stuck in the cave man era,
where we have to go hunt our own food.
In the cave men era, we had to go find our food,
now in the other eras after that,
wealth has gone up,
but the only people who have increased their wealth,
are the ones who utilise other people's efforts.
If i work in the farm,
couldn't it just be hunting for my food.
The ones hiring my efforts are the ones
multiplying their efforts, and creating wealth
for themselves and their families.
So Other People's Efforts,
are the Key.
Would I have more non profits, with OPE?
Would i have more shopping, if I do good with OPE?
Would I be in other parts of the state? of the country? of the world?
Would I be making money while i'm doing nothing,
while i retire,
would more money go to non profits, with OPE?
What should my priority be when I'm brand new in the business and i'm all by myself?
We all have egoes,
so we don't even know what we don't know.
So we do that,
and our family and friends do that too,
when we talk to them.
IBM, the school does, the basketball team, everyone has a recruiting team.
So we need to get that team.
We will get better at everything, if we keep working at it.
My bank is usually pretty empty.
I"m not rich and successful yet,
so aren't we coming from the lower end of the spectrum?
We have decided to change our life.
Then we want to stay in our comfort zone.
If I'm a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Then I'm having a hard time getting a team,
bc i'm not creating a big ripple throughout the world.
So I need to get better at becoming a 3.
I need to be the best and most out 2 that I can be,
then if i push it, and pushit hard,
then will i become a 3?
Then if i push it hard while i'm a 3, will I become a 4, then a 5?
Then I might become better at talking to a 2?
So I need to help them grow, to becoming a 3, 4 or 5?
Because they are not so great at talking to their warm market,
what if I get to a 7,
could i get a 5 excited?
A 5 could have some non profits? some merchants?
some good people?
So now, what happened to my direct volume?
If i have a lot of 5's coming on board, isn't my direct volume going up every week?
What about when I become an 8 or a 9
aren't these people then becoming a 7?
So aren't they becoming better?
Now I can sign up 7 or 8 of them every week?
Just from the new people getting started.
Do we see that?
But we have to push ourselves don't we.
Were there are other people who were older? uglier? poorer? in our same city? who became a 9 to 10? so why could not we become a 9 to 10? so why don't we drop the excuses?
Does that make them better than you?
They just molded their clay better?
So can you do that?
The moral of the story is:
We need to focus on the graphic:
Products are the same,
Compensation is the same,
If some people are making money with those products and that comp. plan, then it means i can too.
It means it's not the products,
it's not the compensation,
it is me!
Since i can only focus on only one thing at a time,
since it's about me,
so what do I need to work on?
Me! ...
If i'm not pushing my limits,
i will not grow.
I'm only holding my success back.
So we need to let loose,
we need to go!
we need to let LOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!
we need to go crazy!!!
and if you go crazy this whole week,
and don't become wealthy,
who cares?
will you be better next week?
or the following week?
won't you be better anyway...
so you're not doing yourself any favours by holding back...
should we not be more afraid to not take the vacations and all the nice things, bc we are sitting there holding back?
you are afraid to go crazy and all out?
bc of what they think, how silly is that?
they already think you are crazy!
If you are a musician you get up on the roof top and sing to the fullest.
The only person holding back is the one not doing it.
I'll get my clay the most beautiful piece of clay it can be.
And on the leadership scale,
no wonder i can't get anybody to do much.
Could Donald Trump get a few Delux premiers?
Could he get some free affiliates?
Because of his leadership level on the scale,
he can get more people inspired.
A lot of the top people in OurGV have not even signed up yet, they don't even know we exist.
They will be people who will come in in the future who will sign up 40 premier deluxes in 1 week.
They could be in your team if you deserve them.
You could recruit them, if you had the back bone to recruit them.
You are already meeting them everyday.
You are meeting them in the Supermarket, in your warm market, they are in your referrals.
Don't feel bad about that.
I want you to feel good.
Bc when it takes you 3 months now to get some people signed up now,
in the future it will take you 3 days.
You are not what you're going to be in the future.
You are a baby, like a rookie,
so step up,
get better,
you want to get into the big league,
swing harder.
But don't pretend you are as good as you will be,
bc if you push yourself you will be getting yourself better.
Thank you for your time today
get a different website?

Winners
Winners deserve to win in advance. They have incredible healthy self-esteem. We are all clay and my clay is as good as anyone else's.
Fear holds us back:
1. Fear of gigantic danger. That's why so many live where they grew up because they are comfortable there.
2. Fear of change. We want to stay comfy.
3. Fear of failure. When we are young we don't care about being wrong. As we get older we get rejected more and start to hold back.
4. Fear of success. Not in itself but because we feel like we've made mistakes for our whole lives and are not capable of success. Full of doubt and feeling of being inadequate. Many feel selfish if they have success. They then don't feel deserving. We are as good as anyone else, and no better at the same time. We deserve whatever we grow to become.
You are sitting in a chair with four legs. 4 legs of self-esteem:
1. Belonging to a winning group. Leg of affiliation. People look for a group of acceptance. We need to help people feel like part of something.
2. The leg of worthiness. I am a work of art in progress. So many look only skin deep at at end results. That is not what worth is it comes from the inside. Many people have over come incredible handicaps to achieve success and you are worth the effort as well to become more. We need to bring out that potential of people. Raise the expectations of our affiliates because we know they can do it. They are worth the effort.
3. The leg of identifying labels. What is different or special of each person. Find something that is special about yourself.
4. The leg of core competency. Get the skills of doing something that builds small successes. It makes us feel competent. Our confidence comes from our competence. We can believe in ourselves way before we make the magazine covers.
We have unlimited value given to us at birth just like everyone else. It's up to us to polish ourselves up and to help others shine as well.
When the mind talks the body listens and acts accordingly. Talk to yourself the best possible! Be clean and as sharp as possible. Good eye contact, listen well if speaking on the phone. Say your name first when asking for the prospect. "Hi this is Chad Schapiro..is Tom there?"

Ten Laws Of Sales
Sales is about helping others. Establishing and fulfilling a need for others. Some think calling people all day long is not an honorable profession. What's not honorable is not being able to take time with your family, vacations, and treating your life like the gift it really is because we are afraid to do the work necessary.
It is the world's highest paid profession. It's fun. Sales is an art, should be natural and beautiful. It's not a debate or arguement. We lead them to a sale. Make them think it was their idea because they understand it's benefits and they choose the sale. Questions are the key to help tailor the product to them. Have the questions logically lead them somewhere you'd like. Ask questions you already know the answer to in regards to the business.
1. Sell with pride and enthusiasm. Unleash your emotions for the cause.
2. Show them how to purchase. How to sign up. Every last detail we need to walk them through. You may think they know but they don't.
3. Share the site and trainings with care. Build up the value of everything including your expert. Say invest instead of buy. Investing is more positive than buying.
4. Don't close-Assume. We need to assume people are going to want the premier deluxe, package 82, and to go to an advanced training. Then if they don't want it all no big deal.
5. Professionally answer objections. Don't get offended. Help guide them through the process. Objections are buying signs. If they weren't interested at all they wouldn't ask ?'s.
6. Tell a story about the company or product. Success stories are what we all are looking for not facts and figures. True stories. It's worked well for others.
7. Buying is an emotional decision not a logical thing. Logic backs up the decision that was made by emotions. The reasons that we give them are great to buy but won't help them by themselves. Emotions have to be there. Where are they going to be in the future?
8. Always be prepared-Never wing it. Winging it will leave us struggling. Why wing it? Work closely with our experts understanding the value of each prospect.
9. Give them a reason to act now. There has to be some level of urgency. Many people are procrastinators and lose their opportunities because of it. There needs to be a reason to invest quickly.
10. Ask for referrals. Average person has a referral base of 260 people. The difference between making a living and a fortune.
Regardless of what we think about sales we've always been selling and will continue to for the rest of our lives in all situations.

6 Behaviors to Build Self-Esteem
Following are six behaviors that increase self-esteem, enhance your self-confidence, and spur your motivation. You may recognize some of them as things you naturally do in your interactions with other people. But if you don't, I suggest you motivate yourself to take some of these important steps immediately.
First, greet others with a smile and look them directly in the eye. A smile and direct eye contact convey confidence born of self-respect. In the same way, answer the phone pleasantly whether at work or at home, and when placing a call, give your name before asking to speak to the party you want to reach. Leading with your name underscores that a person with self-respect is making the call.
Second, always show real appreciation for a gift or complement. Don't downplay or sidestep expressions of affection or honor from others. The ability to accept or receive is a universal mark of an individual with solid self-esteem.
Third, don't brag. It's almost a paradox that genuine modesty is actually part of the capacity to gracefully receive compliments. People who brag about their own exploits or demand special attention are simply trying to build themselves up in the eyes of others — and that's because they don't perceive themselves as already worthy of respect.
Fourth, don't make your problems the centerpiece of your conversation. Talk positively about your life and the progress you're trying to make. Be aware of any negative thinking, and take notice of how often you complain. When you hear yourself criticize someone — and this includes self-criticism — find a way to be helpful instead of critical.
Fifth, respond to difficult times or depressing moments by increasing your level of productive activity. When your self-esteem is being challenged, don't sit around and fall victim to "paralysis by analysis." The late Malcolm Forbes said, "Vehicles in motion use their generators to charge their own batteries. Unless you happen to be a golf cart, you can't recharge your battery when you're parked in the garage!"
Sixth, choose to see mistakes and rejections as opportunities to learn. View a failure as the conclusion of one performance, not the end of your entire career. Own up to your shortcomings, but refuse to see yourself as a failure. A failure may be something you have done — and it may even be something you'll have to do again on the way to success — but a failure is definitely not something you are.Even if you're at a point where you're feeling very negatively about yourself, be aware that you're now ideally positioned to make rapid and dramatic improvement. A negative self-evaluation, if it's honest and insightful, takes much more courage and character than the self-delusions that underlie arrogance and conceit. I've seen the truth of this proven many times in my work with athletes. After an extremely poor performance, a team or an individual athlete often does much better the next time out, especially when the poor performance was so bad that there was simply no way to shirk responsibility for it. Disappointment, defeat, and even apparent failure are in no way permanent conditions unless we choose to make them so. On the contrary, these undeniably painful experiences can be the solid foundation on which to build future success.

Persuasion
You have been trying to persuade people since you were a baby. Crying, smiling, banging your hands on the table. Primitive to be sure, but effective.
Remember the aisle of the grocery store with your mom? Begging for that candy bar? THAT was persuasion.
Boys, remember high school dating? THAT was persuasion.
But it seems that after you got your business cards printed, some of the tenacity associated with your early persuasion skills (and persistence skills) came up missing.
FEAR NOT: The persuasion answers you’re looking for, whether it’s sales, service, internal communications, friends, or family, are about to be revealed.
The skill of persuasion is getting others to see your perspective, agree with your ideas, do what you want them to do, or just simply agree with you. It’s a science and an art. Persuasion is not just a selling skill. Persuasion is a life skill.
The key to persuasion is to let the other person feel great after he or she has decided to see it or do it your way. In order to accomplish this, there has to be an understanding of “how” to best persuade.
Here are the elements that go into your ability to persuade others. No one single element will complete the process. The more you master each of them, the more persuasive you’ll become.
1. Explaining what, why, and how. Something everyone wants to know. People start out skeptical. They want to know things like: Why will this work? Why do you want me to do this? Why are you asking me? What are you trying to accomplish? What will this mean to me? How will this affect me? How do I win? Your ability to plausibly to explain, goes a long way towards persuasion.
2. Explaining what’s in it for them. People are more likely to be persuaded, if they see how they win as a result of following your lead, or seeing it your way.
3. Your sincerity. Your conviction is part of their buy-in. False sincerity eventually shows.
4. Your believability. Are you making statements that others can relate to? That others find conceivable? Conceivable leads to believable.
5. Your questioning skills. This is a major key to persuasion. Not telling, asking. Are you asking questions that relate to the other person? The easiest persuasion answer is: get the other person to persuade themselves. This is done by asking questions. Question about them, that makes them stop and think, and respond in terms of you. Powerful persuasion starts with powerful questions.
6. Your communication skills. How would you rate your communication skills?
7. Your visionary (storytelling) skills. Can you paint the picture so clearly they can see the rain and feel the sunshine? Facts and figures are forgotten, stories are retold.
8. Your reputation. Reputation is so powerful, it can make persuasion an automatic yes if yours is exceptional, or an automatic no, if yours is “iffy.”
9. Your history of success. Somehow, the more you have won in the past not only dictates your present demeanor, it dictates your persuadee’s demeanor towards you. If you have been a winner, you can project winning. This becomes evident, and transferable as you seek to persuade others.
Persuasion is an outcome. The secret of a happy "persuasion outcome" is two words: manipulation free. Manipulated persuasion is short lived. True persuasion exists when it lasts beyond the moment.

Image
Have you heard it's not what you know but who you know? That is great but more true is it's not who you know but who knows you and what they think about you.
This relates to image. Definition of image: a mental conception held in common by members of a group, symbolic of a basic attitude and orientation.
Always have a good elevator speech. If you didn't have much time, only 10 seconds, how would you describe you and what you do. We also need a cocktail party speech, a minute in length. We need to practice these, write them out and memorize them.
Image is not a constant but an always changing variable. We will always be getting better or not as good it won't be the exact same.
Some things need to be constants: integrity, professionalism.
Relational capital: who you know. Great friendships, business contacts, learning opportunities.
What do you want your image to be like? What is your projected self-image?
Image is based on 5 things:
1. How we look
2. What we say
3. How we say it
4. What we do
5. How we do it
As we project a better image we attract more positive things to us.
Image is a very fluid ever changing variable with each interaction. We need to be as successful and positive as we can possibly be.

Law of the Shareholder
Successful sales people by stock in themselves. Don't think of yourselves as employees but rather the owner and CEO. This will change the way we act and view our lives. This will lift our lid of limitations that we place on ourselves acting like an employee.
Doesn't matter where we are in our career, we won't reach our potential until we make this realization.
CEO mindset- we see ourselves as the business owner with a compelling vision to help people with what you do each day. CEO's invest in themselves, use every minute, concerned with results not just effort, quality, earning confidence and trust.
CEO won't let things get in their way scheduling your priorities. How you work is more important than anything about the company and it's services.
Investments that help you buy stock in yourself:
1. Time with those you care about.
2. Personal development. What is the plan to take care of your best asset, yourself. What areas need to be worked on and improved? Grow yourself and you will grow your business. How long in coaching site per day? How many live trainings? Make sure to be at every advanced training. Pay attention to experts. We will need coaching through our entire careers.
3. Watch every minute of time and make sure you are not wasting them. So many people communicate more things than necessary which takes time from them and others involved. Make sure your focus is on the goals at hand and that you are respecting the goals of those you are communicating with. Protecting your time will give you more time for other goals.
4. Focus on image. Look good and you will often feel good. You and your business must look good, friendly, and inviting.
5. Reinvest money in your business. The more the better. Many times people do not invest in their business as much or as long as a typical business person would. Many should have a part time job just to be able to fund their business properly until it is self-sufficient.
6. Exercise. Health will bring wealth.
There are no short cuts. Invest as much and as often as you can in yourself.

GOAL SETTING
High performers do things that produce results.
Goal setting:
1. They guide and direct our behavior
2. They give us focus which gives us clarity.
3. They give us hope. Hope brings out the best in us.
4. They cause us to organize ourselves and our resources.
5. They help bring us to the next level.
A goal is anything you want to do, be, have, or achieve.
Do we have to write them down or put them into the goal sheet each day? What if we don't? First off are we doing good hitting our goals in life without doing them? If we are (which most aren't) then imagine how good we would do if we wrote them down. It programs our subconscious mind.
In our society there are no unrealistic goals only unrealistic time frames for achieving those goals. We need a reasonable time frame.
We have a present self image of us at this very moment. We also have a projected self image where we will be in the future. We need a great exciting projected self image. That's where we get the passion to make things happen when we know that our present self image is not where our projected self image is in the future.
If you are casual about these processes you are going to be a casualty.
Go to the http://forms.myiworldlink.com and register for free. Watch all the goals videos. We need to focus on what has to be done today in the short term in order to start moving towards our long term goal and projected self image.
Let's look at where we are in each of these areas. To be rounded you should have career goals (how many free sign-ups, how many paid sites), physical (exercise), spiritual (study, prayer, meditation), education (how long we study each day), family (time, attention), finances (paying off debts, savings, net-worth), community (time, money), social (hobbies, clubs, organizations).
Now that we know where we are where would we like to be, what is our projected self image in each of these areas?
What would you try in your life if you knew you would not fail? Let's grow to the next level and then anything is possible.

Play Beautiful Music

Your mind is like a central processing unit in a large computer network. It is accessed, influenced and programmed by several operators, or sources. All data inputs affect and influence other data. All incoming information is immediately available to influence data being processed by any of the individual users. New information, whether true or false, can immediately alter operations in every other area.
Your subconscious mind is your central processing unit. Your main job in achieving any goal is to reprogram this unit so that what you think, feel and believe becomes the mental equivalent of exactly what you want to experience and enjoy.
The access ports to your subconscious are both internal and external. Internally, you are affected by your thoughts, your mental pictures or imagination and your feelings. Externally, you are influenced by your suggestive environment, by everything that registers on your conscious mind. You are affected by what you do, say, hear, see, read, watch, listen to and, especially, by the people you associate with and the conversations you participate in. Each of these influences can trigger or stimulate one or more of the other influences. All of them in combination have created, and are creating, the person you are today, and every aspect of your life.
When you think a thought, for any reason, if often triggers another thought, or even a stream of consciousness that takes you far away from the original thought. Your mind rushes on, like a torrent, carrying you toward your goals or away, depending on the amount of mental control you choose to exert.
Your thoughts trigger images or pictures consistent with them, and these images can lead from one to another and away from the thought that triggered them in the first place, or back toward it.
Thoughts or images trigger emotions of all kinds. Your feelings themselves trigger thoughts and images, which can then trigger additional feelings, and so on.
The thoughts you think, the images you hold, the feelings you experience trigger words and actions consistent with them. If you are thinking about your goals, if you can see your goals as already realize, and if this thought makes you feel positive and enthusiastic, you will speak positively and act effectively as you go through your day.
What you read can affect your thoughts, images, feelings, words and actions, and these can in turn influence what you read next. The people around you, your conversations, will influence how you speak, walk, talk, and behave.
The tapes you listen to in your car, the shows you watch on television, the online trainings, videos, advanced trainings and all things you do each day will all affect the person you become and they will, in turn, affect, multiply, diminish, increase and alter other influences and other stored information.
In addition to all of these factors, your past experiences, your reinforcement history, good or bad, colors your attitudes and perceptions toward everything that happens to you, and around you.
If this sounds tough and complicated it is. Your mind and your life are like a room full of musicians, all playing different instruments and different tunes, and all trying to get your attention. Amidst all this confusion, is it any wonder that the great majority feel that they are not in control of their lives? Is it any wonder that most people would rather be doing something else, somewhere else, and in many cases, with someone else? Is it any wonder that most people feel that they could be doing much better than they are, but they feel helpless to make a change? This situation is both the great challenge and the great opportunity of your life.
Your main job, in taking control of your life and your future, is to become the conductor of your own orchestra. You must take control of the internal and external aspects of your life and get them all playing in harmony around a central theme of your own choosing. Your job is to play beautiful music with your life, to make your life a great performance.

30 Day Mental Fast
Why do people go on physical fasts? Helps cleanse and detox the body.
Why do some people not get the desires they want out of their home business? If a physical fast gets rid of toxins and then the good stuff in our body assimilates into our cells easier to create more energy then maybe a mental fast would help. We need to maximize our mindset. How many toxins are in our mental brain holding us back?
What is it? All the steps are easy to do which means it's also easy not to do. Common sense is not so common. Do this for 30 days.
1. Read 15 to 20 minutes a day from something uplifting and empowering like this site. 64% of adults never read a full book after high school. 78% of people have not been in a book store in the last 5 years. Go get a library card...Free. Our children watch TV like crazy...The electronic income reducer.
2. Turn off all disempowering TV. Sitcoms, news, and especially at night and in the morning because our mind is more open at that point.
3. Turn off the radio. Listen to a video, or a positive CD. Automobile university.
4. Get rid of the newspaper. Remember we are talking about 30 days here then you can go do whatever you want. Don't force the whole family to go do this it's for you.
5. Associate with empowering people. As much as possible. Choose to isolate yourself away from negative people. Read, listen to something positive, get away from them. Limit or diss-associate altogether.
6. Drink plenty of good water. If we don't feel well we probably won't do well. Many people are dehydrated. 80%+ don't feel as good as they could.
7. Get plenty of exercise. Move it. Our lymphatic system that gets the toxins out works if we move it.
8. Goal sheets. Http://forms.myiworldlink.com . Every day. Set short term goals, long term goals, reflect on each day. Be thankful that you are growing.
9. Pray....Meditate...Speak to yourself positive at the end of each day.

When Calling Prospects Usually 9pm in the evening is a good time. However. The Perception is more a concern toward the person working his or her Business. Depends on your Goals. Pushing the Hours is worth it. To get out of our current job situation and have success. If our goals are BIG isn't it weird to not work later into the night. So We ask our self how hard we need to work to achieve our Goals? Logically we would work hard to make our Goals happen. If our Team was watching us would it be congruent in our work habits to hit our goals? We need to have our actions in line to reach our Goals. Evolve and grow toward our Goals. Our Goals help us walk the walk toward reaching our Goals. As we set our goals eventually as we grow more toward action we will eventually work longer hours to attain them. If people get mad when we call them we handle it. If we cut hours we would lose 5-10 hours a week toward getting out of our JOB. It creates a lag in getting to work from home. 5 hours a week 20 hours a month. If we had 100 people in our team cut 1 hour a day that would equal 500 hours a wk in work hours from our business. 2,000 a month less in our business. 2 hours extra 100 people 200 extra hours a day for our business to work, 1,000 extra hours a week that our TEAM is working in our Home Business. The learning process to get to this point is that we go from Unconsciously Incompetent to Consciously Competent just like a baby walking for the first time! We have to learn the process and BE OPTIMISTIC run from failure to failure so we can get over with failing and Move more towards SUCCESS.

If there are no businesses signed up in the area, how will people shop?
if you are brand new, go to see more presentations, to the shopping mall, over 11,000 stores,
we're missing something...
to sign up businesses in every area is not the focus at this point...
first it's the non profits, bc they already all have places to shop on the website.
if your friends or your family don't shop online that is ok
bc are there other people in the communitythat do shop online
or will
if nobody in the community shops online
that is good bc they probably will
if i'm the one who introduces them to this,
they will all shop through me, so this is big,
is there probably not enough time spent on training
in general?
if we go to the Getting Started... it already talks about
how all the stores are there etc
so
it will help to learn more about the business,
it takes a little research
we just want to turn it on, flip the switch, put some batteries,
we don't spend enough time learning
if i go to a health club
would it save me a lot of time if i learnt
first what the regime will be?
let me learn a lot so i can do it easier
more productive
great question, bc this is somebody who is asking the ? so they can feel more comfortable
if it is really quick stuff we can answer it quickly
otherwise we can point people in the right direction
this person is very serious
if someone says they don't have time to go read the website,
so if i act like i have apearl now
that is my problem
if i'm acting like this is one of my key players
and i feel like i need to spend my time with this person
and they are not as serious as i am
so i'm the one having a problem.
people are so excited that someone wants to talk to them
and that is my problem
there are over 11000 stores
first we build the customer base
then it's easy to walk into the store and
tell them: hey i have this pta, i have this customer base,
so it's simple
if all the stores in my area are already signed up
then how good is that to me?
so now we need to focus on building the customer base.
How late is too late?
I would not stop at 9pm.
If you are very focused on your goals, then you have to do what you have to do to hit them.
For them, they want to get the information.
Some won't want to be called at 9pm or 10pm.
If i'm new in the business,
and i have strong goals,
i don't want to sacrifice that,
like a new Dairy Queen,
they'll stay open.
If the only time i can have the hours is at night,
and my goal is to quit my job forever,
and the only time i can call people is at night,
shouldn't i be calling them late anyway,
and then be able to quit my job forever.
Quitting at 9pm
depends on your goal.
If your goal is a net worth of 100 million dollars,
would it be logical to work 24/7?
Wouldn't it be not logical if you quit at 9pm?
I was told to be studying all the time,
not watch tv, studying all the time,
and i was like... yeah right
but it changed, as my goals became bigger.
If they have a goal of 100 million dollars,
and they are not working 24/7,
could we call them on their nonsense.
If someone is mad bc i call them late at night,
does that mean that now i call 2 hrs less per night?
I'm loosing 5hrs so i'm loosing half of thehours that i'm putting in, on a weekly basis,
do you think i' might be at my job longer than i want.
If i have 5 people that are cutting back 1h/day,
that would be 25 hs /week
wouldn't that be 100hs /month?
kind of scary huh?
but it all starts with us,
we are the leaders.
What if i had 100 people in my team?
I mean 100 active people,
100 business builders,
so if each cut 1h/day
wouldn't that be 100 hrs/day
500hrs/week
2,000 hrs/month?
oh man
that is no fun
le'ts talk about working 2hrs extra /day
and i have 100p following my lead
then isnt' that 200hrs extra a day
isn't that 1,000 hrs extra /week?
that sounds pretty exciting right?
it all starts from us.
if we're sitting there like jackson there,
sleeping,
we can't even get one person going,
we see the peace sign here
the only difference bet your business
and marita's business
it's not the prods or the comp plan
it's the difference bet you and marita
bc how many of you have the same
prods and comp plan as marita
when she was new,
she could not get anybody,
bc she was on the lower end of the scale
and when she got to where she is now,
through sheer work and work
and invest and invest
and she is confident and passionate etc
you think, woow, she is incredible,
but you forgot what she did for how long..
Mark failed for longer than you even considered
being in business,
for years, while you were not even a thought,
not even considered being in business,
mark was busy failing.
There is a learning process,
when you start, there is something called:
UNCONSCIOUS INCOMPETENCE,
everything is rosy,
you think you turn your website on and you're going to get wealthy
you don't know what you don't know...
like driving a car,
we thought it was easy...
the computer techs have a hard time with me,
bc i tell them do this,
and just click, i'm unconsciously incompetent
i have no clue about anything...
in your job when you started
15yrs ago, in construction or in whatever
you didin't know how to do that
then
you started doing something
and you became
CONSCIOUSLY INCOMPETENT
now i realise thati don't know what i'm doing
i don't know where to look even
i'm hitting the gas when i mean to be hitting the breaks
when i try to walk i get up and i fall down,
my job, the supervisor was telling me to put the pizza in the box, and i don't even know how to do it...
you are consciously incompetent...
you've been there,
we've all been there
then
let me study the script
i'm going to be
CONSCIOUSLY COMPETENT
if i pay attention
if i really pay attention
and i study the script
let me see how i can get this person in the v.r.
let me do my goal sheet every night
oh i need to stay excited
i need to focus in this
with the driving
i have to make sure i watch where i'm going
so i'm not hitting anybody
i have to hit the gas
and i have to sit there and think about it
i have to think about what i'm doing
like a baby
i have to think about making 1 step
2nd step
i have to think
it's notmuch fun
when were unconsciously incompetent
it was more fun,
we had to think of nothing,
it was more fun,
so some people want to stay there......
then we finally do it long enough,
we learn how to do the job
and after a while
ah man no bid deal
here is the pizza,
we know how to drive
we know the business
is this is a pyramid deal?
no, were you looking for pyramids?
lol
you're
UNCONSCIOUSLY COMPETENT
now
your skin sack could not walk around
but we forgot
we forgot we didn't know how to take the pizza,
that we forgot that we didn't know every job we had in our lives,
that we didn't know how to drive around,
same here...
what if you remembered?
would you be more comfortable?
more optimistic?
seeing
the future
do you think most entrepreneurs
kind of expect to go through the same process
do you thinnk Michael Jordan
when he went to play baseball
-which he was not as good as as he was in basketball-
that he understood the process
so he was still a good baseball player
but he had not played baseball for as long
not failed as long
some people could do ourgv easier, faster
you could sign someone tomorrow
that signed up 20 deluxes in 1 day,
but why could they do that?
bc they were more confident,
had done more?
had a better network,
the rest of us are still on our way up there...
but isn't it better to work our way up
than to settle for just staying down there..
where does the first ripple start
in me
notjust financially,
butlet's talk about your boyfriend, girlfriend,
do you think the people around you appreciate that you are happy?
have you ever come out of a coaching site positive and excited?
but when you are excited and posistive
don't you givbe more?
give an extra kiss to your wife,
some more to your family, your neighbour?
wouldn't you be giving more?
would not your self esteem rise as you start hitting certain goals
if your self esteem raises
can't you love me more?
can't you be more patient with my shortcomings?
you used to be positive for 3hrs?
now you can be positive for 8hrs
now even while you sleep you are positive
and there are smiles coming out of you
if your family is feeding off of that,
are you providing a positive environment for them?
and they benefit
and they can impact other people around them?
so instead of a team of pig pens (not sure of the spelling)
we hav a team of happy people.
so we help our family,
then the community,
the city,
the state,
the country
then we help the world become impacted.
chad they told me,
you can focus on changing the percentages,
but you can change it for your family,
and other people can impact their family,
and then we can all make an impact around us.
Goals sheets,
focus on that.
Get consistent with that,
very very important for your foundation.
It might feel consciously incompetent,
it might be a little uncomfortable for you
but it might be the most important thing
that you've ever done in your life.
it really could be
bc it gets you to be thankful for what you had today
what you could to better
what tomorrow could be
not what the special at walmart is,
that is not that important as
doing your goals.
if there are glitches and stuff,
you can send an email,
you can send me quesitons at coaching@a2success.com
and for mr yeh,
to clark@ourgvrewards.com
for non profits questions.
End of the month.
it is up to us to work with that urgency,
we don't work with that urgency,
we have to get that urgency first,
not our team,
and then we wonder where our check is.
if our team does not have the urgency,
who didn't have it first?
if our team does have the urgency?
who had it first?
it is always me ...
if we pack today's briefing,
the q&a session,
the briefing, the shopping call
then the coffee call,
then the briefing,
if do all this stuff right,
then saturday will be gigantic....

if someone says they don't have time to go read the website,
so if i act like i have apearl now
that is my problem
if i'm acting like this is one of my key players
and i feel like i need to spend my time with this person
and they are not as serious as i am
so i'm the one having a problem.
people are so excited that someone wants to talk to them
and that is my problem
there are over 11000 stores
first we build the customer base
then it's easy to walk into the store and
tell them: hey i have this pta, i have this customer base,
so it's simple
if all the stores in my area are already signed up
then how good is that to me?
so now we need to focus on building the customer base.
How late is too late?
I would not stop at 9pm.
If you are very focused on your goals, then you have to do what you have to do to hit them.
For them, they want to get the information.
Some won't want to be called at 9pm or 10pm.
If i'm new in the business,
and i have strong goals,
i don't want to sacrifice that,
like a new Dairy Queen,
they'll stay open.
If the only time i can have the hours is at night,
and my goal is to quit my job forever,
and the only time i can call people is at night,
shouldn't i be calling them late anyway,
and then be able to quit my job forever.
Quitting at 9pm
depends on your goal.
If your goal is a net worth of 100 million dollars,
would it be logical to work 24/7?
Wouldn't it be not logical if you quit at 9pm?
I was told to be studying all the time,
not watch tv, studying all the time,
and i was like... yeah right
but it changed, as my goals became bigger.
If they have a goal of 100 million dollars,
and they are not working 24/7,
could we call them on their nonsense.
If someone is mad bc i call them late at night,
does that mean that now i call 2 hrs less per night?
I'm loosing 5hrs so i'm loosing half of thehours that i'm putting in, on a weekly basis,
do you think i' might be at my job longer than i want.
If i have 5 people that are cutting back 1h/day,
that would be 25 hs /week
wouldn't that be 100hs /month?
kind of scary huh?
but it all starts with us,
we are the leaders.
What if i had 100 people in my team?
I mean 100 active people,
100 business builders,
so if each cut 1h/day
wouldn't that be 100 hrs/day
500hrs/week
2,000 hrs/month?
oh man
that is no fun
le'ts talk about working 2hrs extra /day
and i have 100p following my lead
then isnt' that 200hrs extra a day
isn't that 1,000 hrs extra /week?
that sounds pretty exciting right?
it all starts from us.
if we're sitting there like jackson there,
sleeping,
we can't even get one person going,
we see the peace sign here
the only difference bet your business
and marita's business
it's not the prods or the comp plan
it's the difference bet you and marita
bc how many of you have the same
prods and comp plan as marita
when she was new,
she could not get anybody,
bc she was on the lower end of the scale
and when she got to where she is now,
through sheer work and work
and invest and invest
and she is confident and passionate etc
you think, woow, she is incredible,
but you forgot what she did for how long..
Mark failed for longer than you even considered
being in business,
for years, while you were not even a thought,
not even considered being in business,
mark was busy failing.
There is a learning process,
when you start, there is something called:
UNCONSCIOUS INCOMPETENCE,
everything is rosy,
you think you turn your website on and you're going to get wealthy
you don't know what you don't know...
like driving a car,
we thought it was easy...
the computer techs have a hard time with me,
bc i tell them do this,
and just click, i'm unconsciously incompetent
i have no clue about anything...
in your job when you started
15yrs ago, in construction or in whatever
you didin't know how to do that
then
you started doing something
and you became
CONSCIOUSLY INCOMPETENT
now i realise thati don't know what i'm doing
i don't know where to look even
i'm hitting the gas when i mean to be hitting the breaks
when i try to walk i get up and i fall down,
my job, the supervisor was telling me to put the pizza in the box, and i don't even know how to do it...
you are consciously incompetent...
you've been there,
we've all been there
then
let me study the script
i'm going to be
CONSCIOUSLY COMPETENT
if i pay attention
if i really pay attention
and i study the script
let me see how i can get this person in the v.r.
let me do my goal sheet every night
oh i need to stay excited
i need to focus in this
with the driving
i have to make sure i watch where i'm going
so i'm not hitting anybody
i have to hit the gas
and i have to sit there and think about it
i have to think about what i'm doing
like a baby
i have to think about making 1 step
2nd step
i have to think
it's notmuch fun
when were unconsciously incompetent
it was more fun,
we had to think of nothing,
it was more fun,
so some people want to stay there......
then we finally do it long enough,
we learn how to do the job
and after a while
ah man no bid deal
here is the pizza,
we know how to drive
we know the business
is this is a pyramid deal?
no, were you looking for pyramids?
lol
you're
UNCONSCIOUSLY COMPETENT
now
your skin sack could not walk around
but we forgot
we forgot we didn't know how to take the pizza,
that we forgot that we didn't know every job we had in our lives,
that we didn't know how to drive around,
same here...
what if you remembered?
would you be more comfortable?
more optimistic?
seeing
the future
do you think most entrepreneurs
kind of expect to go through the same process
do you thinnk Michael Jordan
when he went to play baseball
-which he was not as good as as he was in basketball-
that he understood the process
so he was still a good baseball player
but he had not played baseball for as long
not failed as long
some people could do ourgv easier, faster
you could sign someone tomorrow
that signed up 20 deluxes in 1 day,
but why could they do that?
bc they were more confident,
had done more?
had a better network,
the rest of us are still on our way up there...
but isn't it better to work our way up
than to settle for just staying down there..
where does the first ripple start
in me
notjust financially,
butlet's talk about your boyfriend, girlfriend,
do you think the people around you appreciate that you are happy?
have you ever come out of a coaching site positive and excited?
but when you are excited and posistive
don't you givbe more?
give an extra kiss to your wife,
some more to your family, your neighbour?
wouldn't you be giving more?
would not your self esteem rise as you start hitting certain goals
if your self esteem raises
can't you love me more?
can't you be more patient with my shortcomings?
you used to be positive for 3hrs?
now you can be positive for 8hrs
now even while you sleep you are positive
and there are smiles coming out of you
if your family is feeding off of that,
are you providing a positive environment for them?
and they benefit
and they can impact other people around them?
so instead of a team of pig pens (not sure of the spelling)
we hav a team of happy people.
so we help our family,
then the community,
the city,
the state,
the country
then we help the world become impacted.
chad they told me,
you can focus on changing the percentages,
but you can change it for your family,
and other people can impact their family,
and then we can all make an impact around us.
Goals sheets,
focus on that.
Get consistent with that,
very very important for your foundation.
It might feel consciously incompetent,
it might be a little uncomfortable for you
but it might be the most important thing
that you've ever done in your life.
it really could be
bc it gets you to be thankful for what you had today
what you could to better
what tomorrow could be
not what the special at walmart is,
that is not that important as
doing your goals.
if there are glitches and stuff,
you can send an email,
you can send me quesitons at coaching@a2success.com
and for mr yeh,
to clark@ourgvrewards.com
for non profits questions.
End of the month.
it is up to us to work with that urgency,
we don't work with that urgency,
we have to get that urgency first,
not our team,
and then we wonder where our check is.
if our team does not have the urgency,
who didn't have it first?
if our team does have the urgency?
who had it first?
it is always me ...
if we pack today's briefing,
the q&a session,
the briefing, the shopping call
then the coffee call,
then the briefing,
if do all this stuff right,
then saturday will be gigantic....

Inch by inch is a cinch
Go the extra inch...not mile. We need to focus on the small steps forward that we can be doing this moment!
Out of every negative there are many positives.
Out of every negative there are many positives.

How to have a winning year
In sports you often hear of a winning year. Winning more games than you lose. A record of 9 wins and 7 losses. What if we applied that to our lives? Have a winning day, then week, month, and then year. More good days than bad days, good things than bad things.
Do what successful people do and model those things then we will have a winning year like they have had.
Leonardo Da Vinci: lived over 500 yrs. ago and drew blue prints for the first sub-marine, helicopter, built the first extendable latter, rotating stage, folding furniture, first water powered alarm clock, built a ditch digging machine, first fire alarm system although it back fired and flooded the restaurant. What led him to being such a great success? 1. Learning like crazy. The average CEO reads 4-5 books a month, the average american reads less than 1 book a year and mainly 1 chapter. Study the coaching site, read the training emails, attend all live trainings. The average CEO earns on average 536 times the salary of their average employee. You will be the same person you are today years from now except for the stuff you learn. 2. He would set goals, ask detailed questions, and focus on the solutions of well worked questions. What am I doing when I'm the most happy? What am I doing when I'm making the most money? How do I accomplish this goal? How do I do this? Maybe write a journal for those you care about for each person, your family, etc...
A little kid will find a way to go after their goals. They are not scared. If we are afraid to do a certain thing like OurGV we can't be afraid to take risks. Just like a kid that jumps in the water to be caught. We will catch ourselves with our passion determination and what we become from working on ourselves.
Avoid gossip...talking ill of others. Don't spread the venom of lies and negative ideas.
Encourage others all the time. Lift them up through all the tough times that life brings about.
Teamwork. Encourage eachother on to higher levels of success.
Don't say you don't have time. We all have time...it's how we manage our time.

Questions from field
Q:
After listening to you this morning about picking the right recruites is it wrong to be judgemental when talking to people because I keep getting a lot of throw away fishes after they say they are serious and interested? I know you said not to judge anyone.... they might know a 5star.
A: When brand new, don't prejudge them. Watch their actions and judge them by what they are doing. Kindle the fire because when they're new they don't know what they want to do yet, or haven't decided yet and might not be ready even if they're not doing anything. Don't throw them out, they might get better in 6 months. We can help by inviting them to to the voice room for coffee calls & trainings and also getting them to do goal sheets to track their progress. They need to learn there's a numbers game.

11 reasons people fail their goals
- People have no goals. They don't write them down every day. That act keeps it in front of us. Some say 1000% higher chance to hit them.
- We set goals that are not our own. What society thinks we can do or should do. Dreams are very different for different people.
- Choosing goals that are not worthwhile enough. Set big goals and dreams. If not they are not motivating. We need to have gigantic dreams to unleash our passion.
- Let others know what our goals are. Provides accountability and to set a good example.
- Lack of focus. Paper cup in an empty parking lot with the wind blowing it around. Memorize the goals to help remind and focus. Take action every single day even if it's only a little. Don't let other things draw our attention away.
- Not having a clear vision. Sometimes we need to give it time. It needs to be as detailed as possible. As spectaclular as possible. So our daily taskes are exciting because it accomplishes the big dream.
- Limiting beliefs. Beliefs that we can't do it and the vision will fail. What we believe about ourselves molds our life. We need to believe first. I am the type of person that deserves these things. Make little gains forward.
- Attitude. Many have not been encouraged. We need to realize we can. Others have done it I know I can do it. I'm going to try. If they can do this so can you. This is an optimistic attitude. Opt-you opt to do something, we choose to do it, and optemologist (sight)..so we are choosing to see in a better way. The winner of elections have been the most optimistic.
- Procrastination. The biggest country in the world. We'll cover that next time. Just kidding. It's human nature. We will experience the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. Take action immediatly.
- Quit too soon. Luckily my referring affiliate did not give up on me 12 years ago. "Chicken Soup For The Soul" was rejected 150 times by publishers. Every successful person fights discouragement. We need to stay in our support system to help us keep fighting forward. "Wounds from a friend can be trusted".
- Failure to measure our progress. We need to track like crazy.
Golden rule: treat others as you would want to be treated. This can back fire in one on one communications. Would a New Yorker treat people in San Diego the way they want to be treated?
Diamond rule: Do unto others the way they would have you treat them. We adjust our attitude for them and the way they like it.
You may have heard this stuff before but it's good to cover again. How many of you saw things differently the more times you saw it?
Each person has habits that fit their traits. We need to be good with communicating to their habits in business and socially. Your communication is only as good as your understanding of the people you are communicating too. EQ again is social intelligence. Which many are finding is more important than your IQ (intelligence quotient) to success. Especially in the global world that OurGV provides.
We can learn how to hanldle all ends of the spectrum of people. We can read people faster and faster to know what their habits and preferences are in any interpersonal situation. The Mini Journey training covers this in much more detail. This is not to manipulate others but to speak their language. Much like in France you'd like to speak French. The ideas don't change but how you present them does.
Red- firm, forceful, confident, risk-taker, impatient, you know who the leader is.
Blue- fun, lots of ideas, like to talk.
Yellow- stability, relationships, timid, slow to change.
Green- analysis, stiff, thinkers.
We all are drawn to some people, indifferent to many, and turned off by some. Our understanding of them will help them relate to us better. We all are blends of all styles but there is a dominant one. There is no style that is better than another.

?'s from the field
What if my affiliates are in other businesses?
A: The key is to be excited and committed to what we are doing. It isimportant for us to grow in leadership and confidence. We can also advise them, as the CEO advised us, we will not be able to do anything well if when dividing our attention and time. We need to cut some things out of ourschedule, especially when new. We shouldn't put a time table on ourselves. We shouldn't have short-term attitude towards our business. We should carryourselves with confidence. It's who we are that creates the money. We needto be confident, loving, and ok with ourselves.
How do we explain the compensation plan to our affiliates?
A: We explain the compensation to affiliates by directing them to the videos in the Getting Started section, other videos, and the trainings.

Leads
#1. Each time you call a lead the odds go down. After the 3rd call, you should discard that lead. You should make sure you call your leads ASAP, because they may forget they requested the information or they may have be getting calls from other business and not want to answer the phone anymore. So don’t continue calling unless you have NO OTHER LEADS, this will only discourage you from making more calls. And you never know where you next star is going to come from.
You could also give those leads to a team member that has no other leads, to give them something to work on, but you should encourage them to get new/fresh leads whichever way they can (calling warm/hot leads, getting referrals, creating own leads).
#2. Don’t get discouraged! It’s like trying to sell someone tissue paper and they don’t want it. Remember that they just weren’t interested in what we have! We want people that are fired up about what we have to offer them, Right! So look at how many people you invited to the briefing, success is in numbers. The more people you have at the briefing the higher your success will be at finding those that will get excited. This should inspire you to find more leads whichever way possible and call them.
“We don’t want the needy, we want the greedy!”
