Master Archer
The Master Archer seeks not to become the target but to become the bow. You become a certain thing and that leads you in that direction.

Great comments by Marita and Tim. I agree with the team and oppty being the bow helping propel you to your goal. By the archer being a "success" the oppty and team hurl towards that success.
