Control our words and we control our emotions

Are there words that we use that make us feel certain emotions? Of course. When you say someone is scolded, how do you feel? When someone is totally messed up, how does that make us feel, what is described? Could words like being guided instead of scolded may a world of difference in what happens to our emotions? What about working on getting better, instead of totally messed up?

This may sound simple but often the simple lessons are the most important. Let's make sure to use words that help us grow. Good careful self-talk will limit the negative messages we send ourselves and increase the positive ones.
