Success

Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable.

Don't worry about being better than someone else, you don't control them.

Winning the race, doing best, not scoreboard that is what matters. When this is truly accepted your preparation and performance and your ability to withstand setbacks and defeats as well as challenges imposed by victory will be better.

Focus on the process rather than the prize.

Reputation is what others perceive you as being and their opinion maybe right or wrong. Character is what you really are, nobody knows that but you.

Before you can lead others you must lead yourself.

4 p's planning, preparation, practice, and performance.

Get as specific as possible with team members to be clear as to what they need to do to be successful in their given area.

Woow. Thank you again and again. So many pearls that need to be re-read. I'm definitely getting more people to read these.

It all comes down to character. The journey is about growing ourselves to be the best we can be. I like the fact that we are not competing to be better than others. Life and leadership is about character and integrity. It's good to have the reminder.
