Attracting Effortlessly

3 categories of people:
1. Those who are never in the moment...Always anxious, compare themselves to others, not satisfied or content with what is happening in their lives at the moment. This gets in our way of attracting.

2. Those who are not in the moment....They are content, have gratitude, but await next action to happen, yet do not take the steps towards that action. They are not thankful for what they have right now and always looking for more.

3. Those who are in the moment....Content, have gratitude, and are eager instead of anxious. I am happy with what is happening in my life now and eager to take it to another level.

Speak positively to yourself. Beyond the words it's the feelings of the words that you must connect to.

What is the next level in your life? How is it going to feel when this desire comes true? If you don't have your desires don't beat yourself up. Most of the time the results of accomplishing your goal are peacefulness. So if you get stressed out now then you are not acting like you will be when your goal is hit. Those feelings will be the catalyst to having your goals. If your goal is money what will that bring to you. Usually all things get down to helping others and being at ease, joy, and acceptance of yourself. We need that end result energy to make it start to happen now. Tap into those good feelings instead of the negative ones. It is your choice. If you are begging or needing for something to happen you are probably attracting others that need things. If you love others you will attract people who would love to. We attract based on the magnetic capabilities of our energy and what we are focused on.

Being organized with your emotions on the inside is more important than what you are doing on the outside. Do you ever have displays of anger? That is an outpouring of not being in control of the inside. Many of us are not organized because we have past events stored up there that need to be let go. Same thing goes for the organization of our work environment. Letting go of irrelevant things both outside and inside.

We need to forgive ourselves and others. If the snake bit us would we really want to hang onto the venom?

Tree: Branches are goals, tree trunk is our values, and roots are our purpose. Often we have goals with no purpose and then our goals can be swayed and knocked to the ground. We need a strong root system to anchor us. It doesn't matter how many times you fail if you have thick deep roots that are your purpose.

Create a mission statement for your life starting with "I AM". "I AM CREATING A POSITIVE CHANGE IN THE LIVES OF MILLIONS". Or something like that. This helps create the purpose. Once you have goals then what values will you gain and strengthen by accomplishing your goals. These things will inspire you emotionally to be consistent. We need to link the goals to 20 values. Lose weight (goal)...(values)healthy, more confident, physical appearance, more energy, more clarity, etc... All of these values (reasons) keep us focused on hitting our goals. They are the trunk that stabilizes the branches.

Whatever we did in the past is not who we are, and has nothing to do with what we are capable of in the future.

Script out your life. What things are you willing to let go of that might be in your way of your perfect story. You are the star in your movie.

Be grateful. What things in your life should you be focusing on more to remind yourself of how great things are compared to how they could be. If you are focusing on your attitude of gratitude you will be then attracting more of those things.
