It's like when we try to speak another language,
uno dos tres cuatro...

when we do that...
they will go pouring it out in that language...
and you won't understand word.

So we can't pretend we know the language,
that's why we bring an expert.

So in the business,
you are great!
you already know you are great!!!

but don't pretend you know the language,
bc you have not yet made money.

In every normal business, they break even
in 3 to 5 years,
not
in 2 weeks,
so if we go and try to explain it,
they get after us,
and we can't explain.

So if i don't know how to speak spanish,
woulnd't i bring someone who speaks spanish?

The more confident and sharp the person,
the more their self esteem,
the more they try to do it on their own....
so could they be loosing some of their best people
while they are practicing.

So we hear us tell you to use the expert,
but if your people arenot' putting you on the phone
with their people,
it's fine,
but usually people don't produce on their own.

OURGVREWARDS: all about non profits and merchants, isn't that a very exciting product to market. Not responsible for any sales of any products. All we have to do is work with the non profits and the merchants. How exciting.

A lot of your friends and family will be hesitant about a home based business, they might not even want a home based business.
Why would people want a home based business?
Money, freedom, retirement, flexibility, security, residual income, no boss...
So EVERYBODY wants those things.
So if I show them the Product: the Ourgvrewards.com site
they might get more excited about the product,
then they might be more interested in the home based business.

Also could they refer you to non profits and businesses for free?
Of course! and they will get 1/3 of the commissions. Residual.
And everybody is happy.
Could I have a party at my home and explain the rewards, helping non profits, the free referrals, and nobody will say: oh are you in one of those things...!
If you are explaining the home based business, and $899,
etc, they may freak out.

If we are a man, would it be hard to sell Mary Kay...
of course, we need to use the product.

If someone does not like the product,
how great of an affiliate would they be...

Of course, if someone does NOT like the non profits, helping them etc...
they would NOT be interested in the home based business.

We could have 5,000 affiliates shopping,
but one non profit could have 5,000 people shopping.

In a home business we can talk to all our friends and family, but we're limitted to that market.

Your group is limitted.
Now, when we add the non profits we're getting larger.
Because all of their members will be shoppers.

So when I was talking about this being the greatest thing ever...
the non profits have so many people, 50 here, 200 there, 5,000 on another, 40,000, a million over there...

So this IS the biggest thing.
When we bought stock from Microsoft, did they send you checks every week residual from the shopping happening.
Paying you every month residual checks from the shopping.
Was selling computer bigger?
Brilliant concept.
Old Navy, you think they like to work with us?
Of course, they don't pay us unless we bring them any customers.
Same with Dell, Barnes & Noble, Sears, Walmart.
When we have one store, one product...
how do we know how well they will be doing in the future?
Why would we want to build a business that we don't know how they will be doing in the future?
Here,
we don't make a product or a service,
each store, every store,
we have, or we will have.
If they are not doing so good anymore,
can we bring the new stores that are doing good?

Now,
how do I build a Team.
I want to.
But I may not be good at it.

What can i do better on a daily basis?

My presentation could be better.
My attitude could be riding the roller coaster, not thinking like a b usiness owner, not steady.
Could my excitment level be better?
Could i call more people?
So could i do a lot of things better?

How did Michael Jordan get better at basket ball?
Because he practiced.

A lot of us may be teachers, nurses, accountatns, ballet dancers, bar tenders, caddies, secretaries,
but we don't know how to do this!!!

So should be thankful! when we get the help?

When we act like a know it all,
that's all we 'll know bc we have all we have...

Is this training is huge for you?
Of course it is,
bc you need it over and over and over...
Bc it is not me,
by myself i am a bar tender...

All these trainings,
the advanced trainings,
are soo important,
bc the more you get,
the more successful you get.

That's why I want to get good at building a Team.
Some of you wnat to get good at getting non profits.
What if I had 20,100, 1,000, 10,000 people who bring non profits.
People who want to sign up non profits,
will only have 1 good person bringing in non profits.
The people who build a team,
will have 20, 100. 1000, 10,000 people
bringing non profits.

If I have referrals of non profits,
shouldn't I bring those right away?

Shouldn't i build a team?
so i have more referrals?

I have non profits who sign up bc they know and trust me.
So wouln't you want to have me in your team?
Instead of emailing the non profits out of the blue?
Cold?

The business is like your 3D's pics where if you stare at them for a while you end up seeing something else?

Some people come in and "see the dolphins" right away!
Some people stare with determination for a long time...
so don't get mad at your friend if they don't want to see the dolphin...
How many of us are glad that we see the dolphin?

Can we just go find someone like YOU?
And not worry about the ones who don't?

In the history of the world have there been people who missed out on some gigantic visions?
So why do we get all scared when people miss it out with you.
The only thing you are doing wrong is getting frustrated.
You are not doing anything wrong.
Bc a regular business person would not get frustrated.

The owner of a restaurant does not cry bc i walk in and then don't like it and walk out.
Or if i don't want a sub sandwich, but a icecream cone?
Or bc i don't want a certain brand of milk?
