Gold Medals
Olympians wear the gold medal in their heart long before they wear it around their neck. We have to believe that we are capable first and foremost!!

yeah we do have to believe we are capable but do we when we fill like theirs no way out, no way to get to the gold medal, no help, no mentor, no one just the bill collectors. "kendra"
